Two

Poem Of The Week

Two sirens in the night, they illuminate my soul, Dance in my dreams, but they take a heavy toll.

One's a flame so wild, a fire I can't control, The other's a sweet poison, her love's an unfillable hole.

Feeling isolated, lost within my thoughts, Two angels pulling strings, got my heart tied in knots.

Searching for escape, but every route is blocked, I'm trapped in their pull, my freedom's been outfoxed.

One sparkles like diamonds, promise in her eyes, Other's like the moon, her silence is her disguise.

Two faces of a coin, two versions of the truth, One's the innocence of youth, the other's a reclusive Ruth.

Surrounded yet alone, lost in this sea, Torn between two currents, ain't no third way for me.

Caught in their glow, yearning to be free, Their love's a sweet prison, I'm just a bumblebee.

Two stars in my orbit, they stir up the night, But the dawn's a different story, truth's a different light.

Life's a game of choices, a never-ending fight, In the end, I'm just a player, seeking for what's right.

That’s it for this week! This one was challenging to put out because it has my heart and soul poured into it. It would be much appreciated if you followed the socials and kept up to date with all that’s happening.
